3^nd Annual Cowgirl Round-Up

Please print and fill out the attached membership/information sheet and send it and your $50.00 cheque to CCC-SK, Box 41, Consul, Saskatchewan  S0N 0P0.  We ask that you send your form and cheque by September 1^st, 2012 at the latest because our hall space is limited.  Memberships  will be accepted on a first come-first serve basis.  

We welcome all past members and encourage new cowgirls to join up too.  We know it is early but we want to “gather” early and be prepared for a great evening.
