  • Can I buy a ticket to the Cowgirl Rendezvous?
    *
Only members are invited to the Gala "Cowgirl Rendezvous". It is included in the membership fee.

  • Do I have to live on a ranch and own cattle to be a cowgirl/member?
*No, you may be retired or have grown up on a farm or ranch. Many members have a rural background but are not actively ranching.

  •  I haven't been involved in the ranch/rodeo/farm business for years. Can I still join?
*Yes! A love of the land, our western heritage and values are what we have in common.

  •  Must I own a brand?
    *No.

  •  My grandpa/grandma/uncle/aunt etc. have been involved in agriculture but I never had the opportunity. I admire what they do and it's part of my roots. Can I join?
    *Yes.

  •  Am I too old? Am I too young?
*We have cowgirls aged 18-95, honestly! We are all cowgirls - forever! Some families have 3 generations in the CCC. We welcome all ages from all places.

  •  What charities do you support?
*At our Annual General Meeting, the "Cowgirl Rendezvous", the cowgirls vote on three of their choice.

  • What is the membership fee used for?
*Your donation fee is used to pay for the Rendezvous and expenses such as this website, newsletters, stamps etc. Since the cowgirl committee is volunteer, our overhead is very low and we can keep expenses to a minimum.  The majority of our money is used for the Rendezvous and donated to various charities.

  • Do you have corporate or outside involvement?
*We do no expect corporate support but some have graciously offered door prizes, cash, and/or other support. They believe that the farm/ranch women have contributed substantially to the economy and decisions impacting our business. We agree!

  • Are you a "real" association or company?
*Technically we are neither of the above. We are a group of women who get together over a year for a gala. Rendezvous, share stories, pick projects to work on during the years and donate funds to worthy causes. We are totally volunteer and rely on old-fashioned values of trust, integrity and character to run our outfit. There is no tax advantage, political or any other hidden advantage to belonging. We just want to celebrate our roots, support our community and have fun!

  • How can I help?
*Come join us, encourage others to join, educate your colleagues, neighbors and friends on the values of the agriculture business.
